Fugro Roadware is committed to ensuring that you get the support you need in order to utilize the ARAN to its full potential. By acquiring an ARAN, you are committing yourself and your organization to world class service.

Features of our support program include:

  • Direct technical support is available Monday to Friday, between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM (EST).
  • Off hours (including weekends and holidays) representatives are available via mobile phone.
  • Commonly required spare parts are kept on-hand at Roadware for prompt shipment.
  • Prompt onsite service is provided when issues cannot be resolved remotely.
